Added a check for the RDC RMS based Q-factor.

This is to check that relax matches both of Pales' Q-factors - which it does.

Docstring fix for the vect_dist_spherical_angles() function.

Added some checks to properly inform the user as to what data is missing.

Description to add column numbers in parameter file settings dialog is added.

Column numbers of relaxation data are converted to integers (read as strings from the settings dialog).

Old relax Status entry local_mf_models was replaced with local_tm_models.
