relax SVN archive

Redirection to relaxGUI controller is partially activated (for system output, not error).

NOE color coded pymol macro will automatically created after calculation.

Typing mistake was removed.

Variable is pdb_file and not pdbfile.

PDB file is only included in macro if pdb file was selected in main frame.

Function for creating color coded pymol macros imports pdb file.

Removed ability of color_code_noe() to add entries to results list.

This has to be done by auto_noe.py.

Results of rx curvefit are colelcted in results tab adn stored in relax data storage.

Entries of results lists can be opened bz double click.

NOE plot is saved in relax data storage.

Label of hetero nucleus and proton is set for noe calculation.
