relax SVN archive

Global relaxGUI parameters are used for model-free analysis.

Imported parameters:
- hetero nucleus
- proton
- increment size
- min algor
- number of Monte Carlo simulations

Sequence file is assigned to loaded file in the GUI.

Removed selection for model selection mode.

Standard will be AIC model selection.

relaxGUI controller is fully activated in Rx curvefit.

relaxGUI controller is activated and displays feedback upon successful noe calculation.

Noe calculation is executed in thread.

Storage of thread information is deleted, as threads are unkillable in python.

Unicode entry for spectrometer frequency is converted into string for noe filename.

Filename variable is labled correctly.

Filename is made up correctly.

Sequence file arguments are imported in noe calculation.
