relax SVN archive

Number of Monte Carlo simulation is converted to integer.

Redirection of system output to the controllre is activated (error output is still disabled).

Storage of thread id is removed from auto_rx_base.py as it is unused (threads can't get killed).

Relaxation times are converted into float objects before starting automatic analysis.

The DummyFileObject is now correctly assigned.

Unused code was deleted.

Updated progress bar using Monte Carlo simulation number is also accessible for Rx curvefit.

The controller reads in current Monte Carlo simulation from status.py and updates the progress bar.

relaxGUI sets PDB file name to None before starting Rx curvefit.

The simulation of PDB coordinate truncation now occurs after vector scaling by r.

The ellipsoidal diff tensor relaxation data was not fully regenerated in r11056.

The ellipsoidal diff tensor check in check_ellipsoid() now functions better.

The diffusion elements are scaled down to the order of 1 so that the assertAlmostEqual() calls do
not fail with tiny machine precision differences.

Correct repetitions spectra (again...)

This corresponds to the patch patch_load__correct_repetitions_spectra from Michael (in
http://gna.org/support/download.php?file_id=8921).

Repeated spectra are set correctly and unresolved file is read correctly.
