A global pdb file can be loaded through the menu Molecule>Load PDB File.

A sequence file can be loaded in the menu and will be assigned to all the analysis tabs.

After importing a sequence file, each structure file text control field will be loaded with this file. The sequence file will also be stored in the relax data storage.

All unused functions in relax_gui.py are removed.

These functions belonged to the NOE analysis tabs, which are now separated.

A feedback of the progress of local tm models in the d'auvergne_protocol.py script was added.

This feedback will be read by the relaxGUI controller and the progress bar will be updated.

The entries of the relaxGUI log windows are limited to 1000 lines.

After maximum entries is reached, the window will be refreshed. This is a tryout before slowing down the calculation as discussed with and suggested by Edward d'Auvergne (https://mail.gna.org/public/relax-devel/2010-02/msg00091.html).
