A sequence file can be loaded in the menu and will be assigned to all the analysis tabs. After importing a sequence file, each structure file text control field will be loaded with this file. The sequence file will also be stored in the relax data storage. |

A feedback of the progress of local tm models in the d'auvergne_protocol.py script was added. This feedback will be read by the relaxGUI controller and the progress bar will be updated. |

The entries of the relaxGUI log windows are limited to 1000 lines. After maximum entries is reached, the window will be refreshed. The relaxGUI log window reads Progress output and updates progress bar. The automatic calculation scripts have to prompt a message like 'Progress: 10'. The relaxGUI controller recognizes a progress of 10% and updates the prohgress bar. |
