relax SVN archive

The relaxGUI log window reads Progress output and updates progress bar.

The automatic calculation scripts have to prompt a message like 'Progress: 10'. The relaxGUI controller recognizes a progress of 10% and updates the prohgress bar.

The type of Rx calculation (R1 or R2) as well as the current frequency will be sent to the relax_fit.py script.

The pbd file information is assembled proir to rx calculation.

The redirection of system output of rx calculations is temporarly disabled.

Redirection of system output to the log window in noe calculation is temporary disabled.

Datastore objets for structure file and unresolved residues in NOE calculation is generated.

NOE data is loaded / synchrnonized with NOE tabs after loading a saved project.

The old noe.gif image was deleted and the new noe.png image is linked to the GUI.

The noe.png image was replaced.

The r1.png image was copied to noe.png image to prepare a now NOE image under version control.
