Function to assemble NOE data was added to auto_noe.py.

Function for adding saturated NOE spectra RMSD values was added to auto_noe.py.

New function for the GUI element for choosing saturated NOE peaklists was added.

Correct alphabetic order was build for functions in auto_noe.py.

Header for the NOE peak lists was added for improved separation of relax settings and peak files.

A functio for the GUI element reference peak file was added to auto_noe.py.

Function for the reference spectra RMSD GUI element was added to the auto_noe.py file.

The title of the NOE analysis frame was changed.

All unused coding from Rx-calculations were deleted in auto_noe.py

The file auto_noe.py was removed and replaced with a copy of auto_rx_base.py

This is a first step to build the auto_noe.py file.
