Correct alphabetic order was build for functions in auto_noe.py.

Header for the NOE peak lists was added for improved separation of relax settings and peak files.

A functio for the GUI element reference peak file was added to auto_noe.py.

Function for the reference spectra RMSD GUI element was added to the auto_noe.py file.

The title of the NOE analysis frame was changed.

All unused coding from Rx-calculations were deleted in auto_noe.py

The file auto_noe.py was removed and replaced with a copy of auto_rx_base.py

This is a first step to build the auto_noe.py file.

New function to pack the main notebook was added.

This is the preparation of spliting the NOE automatic analysis in its own file, as discussed with Edward d'Auvergne. The NOE tab is curretly invisible until automatic NOE scripts are generated. The build_notebooks() function packs the tabs generated in the build_main_window() function.

Clean up of the __do_layout() and __set_properties() function.

Most entries of these two functions were removed, including all codings for the NOE analysis and the results tab.

The number of maximum lines in the relaxGUI log window is limited to 1000
lines.

relaxGUI calculation crashed during local tm calculation due to too many
lines in the relaxGUI log window. Therefore, the maximum amout of numbers is
limited to 1000 as discussed with Edward d'Auvergne
(https://gna.org/bugs/?15173).

A new function to limit maximum lines in relaxGUI log windows was introduced
into controller.py.
