relax SVN archive

Individual system tests can now be executed through the relax test suite.

Passed self.tests into the run() method instead of the class __init__() method.

Finished the __init__() docstring and passed the tests arg into the system tests.

Test_suite_runner now has an __init__() method and stores the list of tests.

Args after the flags -x, -u, -s are now considered to be the tests performed and not a script.

Deleted the MF_split_grid_memo class. This should have been deleted in a previous commit!

Removed the dead multi_processor_commands imports and deleted the super_grid_memo.

Deletion of the parallelised grid search classes.

The model-free multi-processor code is now far simpler. However the parallelised grid search is not
functioning correctly yet. The deleted classes are:
MF_grid_memo
MF_grid_result_command
MF_split_grid_command

Switched to using the same classes as normal multi-model-free for the diffusion tensor grid search.

The model-free code setup is far, far too complex. The diffusion tensor parallel grid search
classes will be eliminated, and the normal model-free multi-command classes used for this purpose.

Bug fix for the test_R_to_axis_angle_180_complex() for MS Windows.

self.assertAlmostEquals() has to be used do to precision issues.
