Changed the class name to Auto_noe and updated its docstring.

Copied the relax_gui.py code to the gui_bieri.analyses.auto_noe module.

This is in preparation to spin out the automatic NOE calculation code from relax_gui.

Added shortcut key events to the menu entries.

These include:
Ctrl+N -> new.
Ctrl+O -> open.
Ctrl+Shift+S -> save as.
Ctrl+Q -> quit.
Ctrl+Z -> relax controller.
F1 -> manual.

Modified how build_menu_sub_item() creates the wx.MenuItem.

This should allow for key events in the menus (Ctrl-Q for example).

Made build_menu_sub_item() more flexible in that the icon or text is now optional.

Bug fix for the loading of the relax save state.

This is only fixing a bug in the current hardcoded design and will not be needed if the GUI is made
more dynamic.

Fix for the peak list selection, the file names are now converted to strings before storage.

Shifted the peak list selection GUI component used in the R1 and R2 into its own class.
