Bug fix, there are 10 hardcoded frames in the current GUI!

Shifted the building of the first R1 frame into build_main_window().

Comments were added to this method to try to make sense of the layout.

Expanded the self.analysis_frames list to all the current hardcoded analysis frames.

Empty containers have been used to fill the list, and as the code is spun out into separate modules,
the list elements can be replaced one by one.

Shifted the main GUI class to start using the analyses.auto_r1 module.

Shifted the parent GUI element creation into the Auto_rx base class.

Restored a comment.

The parent notebook is now passed into the Auto_rx class.

Shifted the panel creation for the automatic model-free protocol into that module.

It was previously in relax_gui, but the auto_model_free module has references all over to it. This
makes the code cleaner.

Replaced rx_data with self.data.

Commented out some non-functional code.
