relax SVN archive

Renamed the class from Rx to Auto_rx.

Deleted large amounts of old relax_gui code.

Fixed the auto_model_free module docstring, it was still that of relax_gui.

Copied gui_bieri.relax_gui to gui_bieri.analyses.auto_rx_base to prepare to spin out the R1 and R2.

The code has not changed yet. This will be a base class for all R1 and R2 analyses, as most of that
code is identical and can be shared.

Added the full resolution image of the Ulysses butterfly that is the relax logo.

Turned off support for the unresolved file as this is currently broken.

Made the controller window closable via the window system.

Added the missing time import.

Reverted the temporary commit of r10518.

The command used was:
svn merge -r10518:10517 .

Temporary commit - this disables the threaded execution and the IO redirection.

Some threading bug is being hidden by a bug in the IO redirection.

Bug fix: data.pdb_file is actually called data.structure_file!
