Silenced the save state file loading.

Epydoc fix for generic_fns.state.save_state(). Verbosity is a keyword arg!

The generic_fns.state.load_state() function can now have the verbosity level changed.

Temporary fixes for state_load().

These will have to change later and are only needed because of the current fixed layout of analyses.

Added the self.data.unresolved variable and initialised self.data.structure_file to ''.

Fix for Auto_model_free.sync_ds(), the self.data.structure_file variable was incorrectly referenced.

When downloading data from the relax data store, all objects are converted to strings (some then use
eval() to convert to bools).

Fixes for the state_load() method to make it functional.

Created the Analyses.from_xml() method and a few fixes for Gui.from_xml().

The GUI data structures should now be able to be converted to XML and back again.

Created the Gui.from_xml() method to specifically recreate the ds.relax_gui base object.
