Renamed save_state() and openGUI() to state_save() and state_load() respectively.

The methods have also been alphabetically ordered.

Convert all the ref_noe*() and sat_noe*() methods to the new GUI design.

I.e. the relax data store is used, and comments and docstrings have been added.

Created a series of class variables to keep track of the hardcoded 3 NOE, 3 R1, and 3 R2 frames.
