The generic_fns.state.save_state() pickle arg now defaults to False.

Change to the relax GUI state saving.

The saveGUI() method is now called save_state(), and this calls the generic_fns.state.save_state()
function to convert the relax data store into an XML file.

Changed the filetype keyword arg to openfile() and savefile() to default to ''.

This allows the arg to not be supplied.

Fix for the GUI data initialisation.

The Rx frequencies were not being initialised as they should.

The results frame (or tab) now references the relax data store.

Placed the commented out variables into the relax data store (in init_data()).

Many of these will have to be shifted into the analysis list elements are they are analysis
specific.

Fixes for the init_data() method.

The NOE, R1, and R2 frame setup now uses the info in the relax data store.

The global variables have been shifted into the relax data store.

The data store element ds.relax_gui is now created and the analysis specific variables initialised
within elements of the ds.relax_gui.analyses list. The model-free variables are not yet in the
structures, and a number of ex-global variables have been temporarily commented out.

Renumbered all the menu entry ids.

Each menu starts with its own set of 10 numbers, and numbering starts at 0.
