relax SVN archive

The global variables have been shifted into the relax data store.

The data store element ds.relax_gui is now created and the analysis specific variables initialised
within elements of the ds.relax_gui.analyses list. The model-free variables are not yet in the
structures, and a number of ex-global variables have been temporarily commented out.

Renumbered all the menu entry ids.

Each menu starts with its own set of 10 numbers, and numbering starts at 0.

Added a missing import.

Created some data structures for holding all the GUI specific information.

Created the RelaxListType class.

This generic list type with XML support will be used for storing the GUI info.

Shifted the rest of the menu related code into build_menu_bar().

This is just the bind actions. The menu bar can now easily be spun out into its own module.

Fixed the wx.Frame base class initialisation.

The previous code didn't do anything.

Shifted the creation of the menu bar from __init__() into build_menu_bar().

Added a docstring and comments to the Main.__init__() method.

The global LOCAL_TM variable has been shifted into a class level variable.

This variable is not too well used in the code base - presumably this code is incomplete.
