relax SVN archive

Removed some Bind() calls that belonged elsewhere.

The Bind() calls are now all to the main GUI class.

Reverted r10346 as the Bind() call should be to the main GUI class.

The command used was:
svn merge -r10346:10345 .

Turned the Auto_model_free class into a wx.Frame.

This is so that self.Bind() is functional.

Deleted all the non-model-free code from __do_layout().

Deleted all the non-model-free code from __set_properties().

Changed the scope of the model-free variables.

These were shifted from the relax_gui module namespace into the model-free class namespace. These
will eventually be shifted into the relax data store if any of these are not hardcoded.

Shifted panel_4 into the model-free class.

This seems to be the model-free panel!

Re-added the import of gui_bieri.paths.IMAGE_PATH.

Fixed the gui_bieri module imports.
