relax SVN archive

Changed '/' to os.sep to make the Bieri GUI OS independent.

This corresponds to one component of the patch_II file attached to https://gna.org/task/?6847 by
Michael Bieri (https://gna.org/users/michaelbieri). This change was discussed in the tread starting
at https://mail.gna.org/public/relax-devel/2010-01/msg00007.html.

Reverted r10204 as this was a not a bug and the revision introduced a bug!!!

The command used was:
svn merge -r10204:10203 .

Bug fix for the frame order isotropic cone target function.

The optimised rotation matrix for the alignment tensor orientations was being applied in reverse!!!

Renamed relax_instance to simply relax.

Broke some nasty recursion.

The processor instance was being placed into the relax instance and then relax calling the processor
instance method get_intro_string() to get a message about the processor. Now the top level code is
calling the method and placing the string into the relax instance.

Added the subdivide_grid module to the __all__ package list.

More module docstring example fixes.

Fixes for the examples given in the multi.processor module docstring.

Expanded the run() docstring to explain why this method exists.

Removed the alpha Euler angle from the isotropic code frame order model.
