[Nmock-general] nmock 1.1 is now released

nmock 1.1 is (finally) released and available for download from 
sourceforge:

this release is produced using automated build 11 from ccnetlive:

the release contains numerous incremental bug fixes from the 1.0 release.

if you are experiencing any problems with the download from sourceforge, 
it may be due to sourceforge's mirroring process.  if so, you can always 
retrieve the files from ccnetlive.
