[Nmock-general] nmock is now building properly on ccnetlive

nmock is back up and working again on ccnetlive:
http://ccnetlive.thoughtworks.com/nmock/.  what this means is that
CruiseControl.NET is generating new builds of NMock every time we check in
changes.  the latest versions of nmock.dll produced as a product of these
builds are published to be downloaded from here:
http://ccnetlive.thoughtworks.com/NMock-builds/.
