Just to validate I got a clean checkout from CVS and added the test in to
my copy, ran it and it fails.

Environment:
Windows 2003
Visual Studio 2005
.NET 1.0.03705, 1.1.4322, 2.0.50727 and 3.0 installed

Not sure what is different about our setups, anything else I can look at
let me know.
