For CCNet's own releases we always just grab one of the builds, then
upload them manually using the SF file release system as normal. I
have tried a couple of the automated SF upload libraries but they
suck.

Remember to give your file releases on SF different filenames for
different versions otherwise it will get unhappy. Apparently they
don't create new directories for new releases.
