Currently we have conditional compilation #ifdefs
around code that is .NET 2.0 specific (at the moment
just generics stuff). The Cruise build does build twice
for the 1.1 and 2.0 platforms but the #ifdefs don't
work properly, and the "2.0" distribution doesn't
actually contain the generics code.
We should fix this, possibly by explicitly defining our
own compile-time variable before we compile on 2.0.
