#11 4.2.5: patch for typePort utilization duration

The default CGI output for the typePort page uses a 6
hour duration. I have found at least one case where
making this a parameter is of use -- automated daily
usage reports. The attached patch changes this
function so that the parameter 'hours' (if present)
controls the generation of the report so that it spans
the given number of hours, otherwise it defaults to 6
as before.
