#16 SRP Interface stats

Cisco SRP (DPT) interface stats collection for Host and
transit traffic for high & Low Priority.

The Cisco SRP interface statistics, can be pulled from
the SRP mib, and are separated into traffic types,
unicast, multicast, and then further separated into high
and low queues. A time difference calculation is required
to get the actual transit, hot and total throughput of
the interface. I think the modification for SRP interfaces
should be presented as is the current PVC statistics
collection. Wish my perl was strong enough to help :)
