#3 Spaw mode

A spawn mode would be activated when getting killed ingame. The spawn mode could work as in different ways:
- When you get killed you cannot be shot and cannot shoot. There could be a "spawn point" of some sort were you could spawn again.
- You get 3 seconds of when you can't shoot and can't be shot, then you "spawn" and can shoot for 2 seconds without being able to get shot.
- You can only spawn when another player "heals" you, for example a medic
