New version

The application was rewritten from scratch using c#. The purpose of the executable is the same (and also the usefulness), but the graphical view was improved. It will be released soon after some additional checks.
The possibility of having application running on different systems has inspired the work on this program. The application is developed with Mono and it is tested on Debian Linux, WinXp and Win2000 - all with NET Framework 1.1.
