#6 Browse topics not displaying

I couldn't get the topics to display correctly when
browsing. They were there but would only show up
when i clicked on them or selected them. This only
happending in ie, netscape displayed them just fine.
After playing around with it i found that entering white
space ( ) on line 37 of document_list enabled ie to
display the topics correctly.
