Also, I would verify that you are using the latest release of the njbfs code. v0.2.1 has several fixes and some speed enhancements that I'm sure you would want. You should be able to delete tracks however with no problem. Copying tracks onto the NJB does require some name mangling, the Perl script should be able to help you with that. All the directories do currently list tracks (feature :).
