I think the first bug regarding the dirs was an unimplemented feature we
let slip into the release documentation.  The Artist/Album/Genre
breakdown is just not implemented yet, AFAIK.

Until we get file write caching implemented right, you'll have to do what
it sez in the "Uploading Files" section of the README file.  You can also check
out tools/njbutil.pl for a simpler way.
