#16 dEd BAM calculations are bad

Gene reported that dEd does not correctly display the BAM on his system with a DD.BIT>1. I've found that if you enter a sector value of $xx0001, dEd will think it is a BAM.

I've developed a patch to correct these problems and have sent the program to Gene for testing.

I can't post code to the project but if Gene likes the results, I'll sned the source to Boisy by e-mail.
