#90 Sorting in NElinker Relation Display window

Currently, it seems that the relations listed in the NElinker Relation Display window are shown in the order they were created. If the relations were sorted, say by the starttime of the link source annotation, it would make annotation a bit easier, in particular going back and checking/making corrections.
