#108 NElinker jumping in Relation Display window

Every time a change is made in the Edit Relations window (to the source/target annotation or to the link type), the Relation Display window jumps down to the bottom of the list. This is not a big problem, but it is annoying and wastes a little time when checking/editing existing relation annotations higher up in the list. Every time I make a change is made, I must go back and find again (up in the list) the relations that I was working on.
