Welcome to NIP on Sourceforge

PHP-NUKE-NIP is an enhanced version of Nuke 7.6.

The primary goal of the project is to create a compatible, fast, robust & secure version of NUKE.

Some of thes enhancements to Nuke can be viewed on our test site @ http://nukeip.com.

In keeping with our goals, developers who wish to join the project should keep in mind that we do not intend to change the core of Nuke to the extent where it creates a Fork of Nuke.

One of the major enhancements over the standard version of Nuke is the implementation Fckeditor, a great WysiWyg editor, throughout Nuke & phpbb. You can demo the editor for Nuke here: http://nukeip.com/submit.html or for the phpbb forums here: http://nukeip.com/forums.html .

The Theme enhancements made to Nuke are also very unique to this project, while remaining compatible with Themes made for the stock version of Nuke.

This project will also compliment Nuke by creating separate Add-Ons for Nuke, or enhancing existing Add-Ons for NIP. Some of the Add-ons can be seen at http://nukeip.com.
