Create a Nintendont folder in your sd:/apps folder and put the .dol renamed to boot.dol in there or directly load the .dol by any means.

When loaded directly Nintendont looks for games at:

sd:/games/<anything>/game.iso

General usage information

The usage of HID devices is controlled via the nintendont config but forced on Wii U.

When using HID a sd:/controller.ini must be present, a few samples are supplied.

Nintendont uses a config file which is stored at sd:/nincfg.bin see nincfg.h.

Loaders can use the auto boot flag in the config to directly boot games.

When using the PS3 controller you must press the PS button first.

When using the GC controller you can use R+Z+B+DPad-Down to shut down the console, when using a HID controller you have to map the Power entry to use this feature.

On the first boot it will create a new memory card which takes some time.

Also, it says that HID controllers must "map the Power entry" for the shortcut to work. How is this done?

@school.p... On an USB drive for the use of nintendont you can only have nincfg.bin which is created automatically by nintendont on first run, the controller.ini, the games in the same folder structure used by DM/DML, and finally with the new review versions, you can have a folder on the root of the USB drive named "controllers" where you'll extract the controllers.zip to configure your HID complaint gamepad/joystick.

@chobitsc... You need to configure nintendont to use an "emulated" memory card on it's configuration options before it can create one.

@arto.cil... If that's the case its because in the real memory card the save game was configured to that language, to change it you MUST start a new game and change the language before starting.

Or is there a way to edit it on Windows/Linux and make it stay configured?

Finally a suggestion. Is it possible to save the default controller config on nincfg.bin so it doesn't requires controller.ini and/or SD:/controllers/VID PID.ini files? And/or configure the controllers in the way most emulator do (press A button for 'A' button and so on, and save those values automatically into nincfg.bin)

Thanks for this awesome program. Best regards.

disc 2 should be in the same folder, and should be disc2.iso

if you do this correctly, then the second disk will thus appear in nintendont's list as, for example, Metal Gear Solid (2) in case you need to load that disc directly, and when the first disc asks for you to change discs nintendont will handle it automatically.

It is plugged into the right port (as it had launched previously, only without the ability to save due to no virtual memory card enabled). I don't know what else to do, any help?
