#10 Flexible Templates

I would like a Cognifty CMS system feature that allows for a very flexible template.

Minimally, an ability to "tie a template to a content record". In other words, I want this template with this record. Some sort of tool in the Control Panel to manage this.

Optimally, a way to "toggle visibilty, style and/or position" portions of a template based upon settings for a content record in the control panel.

Basically, visibility, style, and placement

Some areas for consideration are:

* Menu(s)
* Content sections
* Content sub-sections??
* headers
* footers
* new windows ??

One of the ideas I have for this feature is a multi-lingual site.
