#1 Generic Notes Field for Records

The CMS Control Center needs to contain a generic "notes" field for individual records. IE... I want to place a short note into the Control Center record for a file upload. Would contain something like a revision date, a comment about who to talk to before deleting the file,
or a POC for the file content. Something simple like a 250 char field.
