I think you should install some sort of filter to the replies that are
stored in your database. Your bot seems to answer very
appropriately certain questions, but it is more than obvious that most
of the time it is fed with garbage.

Here is an idea that _might_ deal with this issue: try to modify some
free spam-filtering software to analyze and filter out any inappropriate
content. This is not a perfect solution, but with enough tweaking you
might get good results out of it.

Spam-filtering software might not perform well on individual
sentences! Maybe you can analyze an entire conversation after it has
completed and then feed the users' responces to the database.
