Some of you may have noticed that the online version of NICOLE is no longer functioning.
I have been away from this project for some time, and it looks like someone has 'hijacked' NICOLE and filled up sourceforge's database.. :)
I'll be updating the web site soon, and am picking up where I left off with the development of NICOLE.
