Hi Jean-Yves The problem with org/apache/xalan/processor/TransformerFactoryImpl was fixed in NiceXSL 2.0.5 in October 2004, but I neglected to promote 2.0.5 from the Beta-test to current category on the update site. You may update from the Beta-test now. I will promote it shortly, but it may take a little while to become visible. Thanks for your kind words. Sadly too many people seem happy to cope with the angle brackets in their favourite syntax colouring IDE. The NiceXSL support could be much improved - I've learnt a lot more about Eclipse on other projects that demand all my time. Regards Ed Willink |

Hi Markus The XSL2NIceXSL script was originally intended as just an assistance prior to major manual tidying up. For version 2.0, I improved it so that it now handles all XSLT that I have tried. Tidying up is now more a matter of aesthetic taste than necessity. I don't use text nodes much, so you've found a bug. The reverse engineering of text nodes, forces use of ", rather than the most convenient of " or ', with escaping for the other, and then gets lost. I'll fix this in the next release. You could workaround it by changing your XSLT to use &apos. More realistically; just mend the NiceXSL by hand other := 'num="REPLACE_INPUTFORM_num_END"' you should get eqivalently functional XSLT generated. Hi All Two additional categories on the Update Site at http://nicexsl.sourceforge.net/update-site have been added. NiceXSL Archive for old releases, so that you don't have to waste time while all the old feature jars download just to get the current release. NiceXSL Beta for my working release. This version is not stable - there may be multiple variants prior to release, hopefully with different build ids (on the plug-in help about page).
