[Nicexsl-help] Update Site categories

Hi All

Two additional categories on the Update Site at
http://nicexsl.sourceforge.net/update-site
have been added.

NiceXSL Archive for old releases, so that you don't have to waste time
while all the old feature jars download just to get the current release.

NiceXSL Beta for my working release. This version is not stable - there
may be multiple variants prior to release, hopefully with different
build ids (on the plug-in help about page).
