Looks like to be able to open up the files that the BISON post-processor produces in our CSV Plot Viewer, we just need to add "#features:" to beginning of the csv file.

You should open up a new ticket for this in Bugzilla that will be a high
level parent ticket for tasks related to MOOSE postprocessing. We haven't
even gotten started yet!

I removed the requirement for the CSV Plot Viewer to have "#labels", and instead will just automatically parse files of the format:
feature1, feature2, feature3, ...
value11, value21, value31, ...
value12, value22, value32, ...
.
.
.
