Assigning this to Anna for now so that she can gather data from the postprocessors. I'll take it back after that and figure out how to get that into ICE.

Looks like to be able to open up the files that the BISON post-processor produces in our CSV Plot Viewer, we just need to add "#features:" to beginning of the csv file.

I removed the requirement for the CSV Plot Viewer to have "#labels", and instead will just automatically parse files of the format:

feature1, feature2, feature3, ...
value11, value21, value31, ...
value12, value22, value32, ...
.
.
.

  You should open up a new ticket for this in Bugzilla that will be a high
  level parent ticket for tasks related to MOOSE postprocessing. We haven't
