In the MOOSE Model Builder, implement a utility that can automatically generate YAML and action syntax files, and place them in the user's MOOSE directory.

To do this, we will need to know where their MOOSE installation is (locally or remote), and if remote, pull the files back to the local system.

This is probably easiest to implement as some sort of Form Component which asks for the machine, execution path, and then a "Generate Files" button.

It is easiest to do by subclassing the MOOSE job launcher.

Assigning to Anna for now just so someone is monitoring it.

This is complete now as an executable option in the MOOSE Launcher. It will generate the files, clean them up, and put them in the MOOSE directory.
