#24 Plant views not refreshed properly when MOOSE Model Builder re-opens

The plant views do not properly populate and may throw errors when re-opening a closed Model Builder.

I'm marking it as priority 7 since it's not exactly blocking progression on any other development. The solution to this bug and bug #304 are probably very closely related.

I guess that's all I have to say about that.
