#22 Faster VisIt widget rotation from mouse dragging

Currently, the VisIt widget only rotates after the mouse has finished dragging and is released. There is no update mid-drag, so you can't quite see how you're rotating the view.

You can imitate a normal mouse drag with updates by repeatedly clicking and releasing when dragging, so the functionality should be there. It seems like it would only take a little work dealing with SWT mouse movement listeners to get the view to update mid-mouse-drag.
