#18 Show working directory on the VisIt remote file dialog

Not necessary a bug, but just something that would be useful: some sort of way to discern where I am on the remote system when using the remote file dialog. I see the console printing the directory pathname each time you move around, but something on the actual remote file dialog showing the full pathname would be useful too.
