#9 Slow Network Copy

NiceCopier copies very slowly over the network 2-30 MB/s; Windows 7 32bit Explorer copies the same file at 60-80 MB/s. 3GB file size in this example, but occurs on all files.
The attached screen captures include all for the same file and same source and destination:

Hi there. I tried some things out, but i couldn't get the same behavior.
But i noted that windows will copy faster the second time. Seems it does some magic with caching.
Some time ago i also had a problem with the antivirus slowing down nicecopier.

Are you copying over wireless or cable?
Is the other computer on the local network?
What are the max speed for cable/wireless?

With this i can reproduce it better, maybe.

no answer, but tried to improve network copy by sending larger chunks.
This should improve copy for connections with high latency
