It is Int64.
There is a different implementation (porting from H3.2) if a dialect use ClassicCountFunction (return type is Int32) but, until now no dialect use it.
Perhaps you mean count in projection criteria. I think is better if the expression ask the IType, of a specific function, to the dialect to don't have different behaviour between Query and Criteria.
