This is related to the HQL parameterized skip/take support. If somebody says skip 2 take 3, we might want the actual parameters used in the call to the database to be offset=3 (for OffsetStartsAtOne) and limit=5 (for UseMaxForLimit). Our implementation for HQL should be abstracting this and not passing the parameter values directly to the database.
